How do I print a PDF online and get it delivered?
Upload your PDF on printpdfonline.com, choose colour or black & white, single or double-sided, paper size, binding and copies, then enter your delivery address and pay with UPI, card or net banking. We print your file and ship it to your door. Orders are printed within 1 working day and delivered in 3–7 working days.
How much does it cost to print a PDF?
Black & white printing is ₹2 per page and colour is ₹8 per page on A4. Double-sided pages are 20% cheaper per side. Delivery is ₹49, and free on orders above ₹499. See the full price list.
Do I need a printer or an account?
No. You do not need a printer, software or an account. You only need your PDF and a delivery address. You get an order ID to track your order.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay with debit or credit cards, net banking and wallets, and with UPI where available.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India through courier partners. Orders are printed within 1 working day and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode.
Is my PDF kept private?
Yes. Your file is uploaded to private, encrypted storage and is used only to print your order. Files from unpaid checkouts are deleted automatically within 1 day and files from paid orders within 30 days.
Can I get my printout spiral bound?
Yes. Choose spiral binding (₹40 per copy) or staple (₹10 per copy) at checkout. For example, 100 pages of notes, double-sided and spiral bound, costs ₹249 delivered.
What is the largest file I can upload?
You can upload one PDF of up to 50 MB and up to 1,000 pages per order. Password-protected PDFs need the password removed first.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track order page and enter your order ID. You will see when your order is paid, printing, shipped and delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until printing starts. Email us with your order ID for a full refund. See our refund policy.
What if my prints arrive damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint for free or refund you in full.
Which file types can I upload?
PDF only. Convert Word, PowerPoint, Excel or images to PDF first using “Save as PDF” or “Print to PDF”.
Can I print a password-protected PDF?
Remove the password first, for example by opening the PDF and saving or printing it to a new PDF, then upload the new file.
Do you print on both sides of the paper?
Yes. Choose “Double-sided” when you order. It is 20% cheaper per side than single-sided.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Your payment receipt is emailed by Razorpay. Email support@printpdfonline.com with your order ID if you need a detailed invoice.
